Recent results:

Figure 1a-c. Evidence of regioselective anion attachment shown in blow-ups of negative mode electrospray CID product ion mass spectra showing m/z 315–322 (region of deprotonated molecules) from precursor adducts of d4-pregnenolone:
(a) acetate adduct at m/z 379;
(b) bicarbonate adduct at m/z 381;
(c) fluoride adduct at m/z 339.
(d)Negative mode ESI-MS/MS product ion mass spectrum of fluoride adduct precursor (m/z 335) of pregnenolone.
