Research interests:
Polymer Chemistry
Current research :
- Synthesis of macromolecular architectures by controlled radical polymerization (RAFT) in homogeneous (solution, bulk) and heterogeneous conditions (dispersion or emulsion polymerization)
- Assembly of amphiphilic copolymers, main focus: PISA = polymerization induced self-assembly
- Core-shell latexes for nanostructured films
- Functional nanogels
- Polyoxometalates-polymer hybrids
Recent results:
1) Synthesis of core-shell particles of various morphology by PISA through RAFT dispersion or emulsion polymerization (ref. 1)
2) Hydrogen-bonded, nanostructured films from core-shell latexes (ref. 2)
3) Synthesis and characterization of thermoresponsive core-shell nanogels by RAFT dispersion polymerization
